Consulting / Application Technology

Our team will be happy to advise you on how to turn your ideas into reality.

We check the basic feasibility, advise you on the basis of boundary conditions, loads or specifications in the selection of the suitable materials, and the design of the components.

We can also help you optimize an existing application. In this way, it’s possible for components or functions to be brought together, or other components from a group can also be manufactured inexpensively from polymer.

Design / Engineering

With decades of experience in the design and manufacturing of components made from high-performance materials, we can offer you support with your existing set-up or help you through the entire construction process.

We address the requirements for the materials to be used, and design the geometry of the components according to function, specifications, and taking into account the MTA (made to assemble) and DFM (design for manufacturing) approaches.

The use of high-performance materials is limited to what is necessary to fulfill the function, but also keeps an eye on costs.

Toolmaking

Our own modern tool shop is responsible for the production of tools for injection molding and press sintering, as well as their maintenance. The close cooperation that this enables between component design and tool design offers optimal use for internal experience and resources. In addition, we provide shorter delivery times.

Production

Injection molding takes is our main production focus, but we also focus on machined or press-sintered components as part of our services. We create prototypes and offer series production solutions - whether it’s a small or larger series. On request, we can also take on the assembly of components.
